The SmartDMS system from KML Technology is a complete 9-1-1 communications system delivered in a turnkey PC package. The SmartDMS E9-1-1 Workstation interfaces with the KML suite of applications to bring incredible functionality to your desktop. SmartDMS combines basic ANI / ALI and call handling capabilities with state of the art communications options that deliver a feature rich Integrated Workstation. Our workstation connects directly to the Nortel DMS-100 ACD Central Office Platform, delivering all the advantages of a network-based 9-1-1 solution.

The Integrated workstation platform allows system enhancements, such as CAD or mapping, to be run on the same PC, thus reducing the amount of equipment required at each PSAP position while the Nortel Centrex interface eliminates the need for an expensive PBX at the PSAP.  Our Dual-Line feature increases 9-1-1 network flexibility by allowing two ACD lines to terminate at each PSAP position, a necessity in a dual Tandem approach.
